According to the data of the Brezliya Ministry of Health, 2 thousand 777 people died in the last 24 hours due to Covid-19 and 100 thousand 158 cases were detected. This figure was recorded as the highest number of cases recorded in a day since the beginning of the epidemic.

The number of deaths in the country increased to 303 thousand 462, the number of cases to 12 million 320 thousand 169, and those who recovered to 10 million 772 thousand 549.

Brazil, a South American country with a population of more than 210 million, is the country most affected by the Covid-19 outbreak, after the USA.

Brazil has been going through difficult times in recent weeks, both due to occupancy in intensive care units and the spread of P1, the more contagious type of Covid-19, which is thought to have emerged in the country’s Amazonas state.

In 18 of the 26 states and federal regions of the country, it was announced that there was at least 90 percent occupancy in intensive care units, and some hospitals in the country had a shortage of medical equipment.
