Madame Tussauds makes Kamala Harris history once again

Kamala Harris, deputy of US President Joe Biden, is immortalized by the world famous Madame Tussauds museum.

The museum began making the wax statue of Harris, the country’s first female vice president. The first images of the beeswax statue were also shared with the public.

Madame Tussauds had never made a statue of a US Vice President before. Thus, Kamala Harris, who has the title of the first female vice president, will go down in history for the first time.

“We aim to focus on his smile and the warmth in his eyes,” said David Burks, one of the museum’s sculptors.

Harris also took on the title of first woman to lead the US Senate during Biden’s speech earlier this week.

Madame Tussauds is known for making sculptures that look exactly like the real thing. There are Madame Tussauds museums in many parts of the world. Burks wrote that each statue cost about 300 thousand dollars.

Along with Kamala Harris, the museum also sculptures US President Joe Biden.
