Israel destroyed the 14-story Es-Shuruk building, which houses apartments and commercial offices in one of the busiest areas of Gaza, under blockade, by airstrikes. While 72 Palestinians, including 17 children and 6 women, died in Israel’s attacks on the blockaded Gaza Strip, the number of injured rose to 388.

It was reported that the total number of martyrs rose to 72 as 3 more people died in Israel’s attacks on the blockade of the Gaza Strip.
In a statement made by the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, it was noted that in Israel’s attacks on various regions of Gaza since Monday, May 10, 72 Palestinians, including 17 children and 6 women, have been martyred and the number of injured has increased to 388. .
The ministry had previously announced the number of martyrs in Gaza as 69 and the number of injured as 365.
Palestinian resistance groups in the Gaza Strip allowed the Israeli police to withdraw from Masjid al-Aqsa and Sheikh Cerrah Quarter in occupied East Jerusalem until 6 pm local time on Monday, May 10.
After the Israeli police did not withdraw from Masjid al-Aqsa and Sheikh Jarrah, Palestinian resistance groups fired many rockets at Israel.
Thereupon, the Israeli army announced that a military operation called “Guardian of the Walls” was launched against the Gaza Strip.
