Facebook freezes Maduro’s account | NTV

According to the social media platform, Maduro violated Facebook’s policies by promoting the use of a drug called Carvativir, which it claims was good against Covid-19.

Facebook, which removed the video of Maduro promoting the drug in question from its platform, also froze the account of the President of Venezuela for 30 days.

Maduro had mentioned the Carvativir drug made from thyme as a “miracle” in the video removed by Facebook and claimed that it could be used in the prevention and treatment of Corona virus.
